Refund Policy

ProstaVitalis is advertised with a 60-day money-back guarantee. However, there is an important discrepancy between two of the brand's own pages that you should know about before ordering.

What The Sales Page Says

The sales page states: "a full 60-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee… We'll refund every cent. No returning the bottles. No paperwork. No hassle."

What The Shipping Policy Says

The brand's separate Shipping Policy, under its "Returns" section, requires:

• Returning ALL bottles (empty, full, or partially used, including any bonus bottles)
• Shipping them to the Aurora, CO fulfillment address within 60 days of your original purchase date
• Including a written note with your order ID, name, address, email, and phone number
• Paying the return shipping cost yourself

Per that same policy: "failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund," not the full refund the sales page promises.

What To Do Before Ordering

Email support@prostavitalis.com and ask them to confirm, in writing, whether bottles must be returned for a full refund and who pays return shipping. Save that confirmation along with your order confirmation email.
